Antimicrobial ResistanceGene & Mutation Database

The AMR literature is vast and growing rapidly. ResLit brings it together: an automatically curated database of resistance genes and mutations extracted from the primary literature using a large language model pipeline, cross-referenced against CARD, ResFinder, and NCBI. Each entry is evidence-graded and linked to its source publication, so researchers can quickly assess what's well-established versus newly reported.
