Machine learning with random subspace ensembles identifies antimicrobial resistance determinants from pan-genomes of three pathogens.
The study identifies known and novel antimicrobial resistance genes using a machine learning approach on pan-genomes of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Escherichia coli.
