The study identified a multidrug-resistant Salmonella isolate (NT 18.4) exhibiting resistance to multiple antibiotic classes, including penicillins, cephalosporins, tigecycline, and fosfomycin. Tigecycline resistance was the most frequently observed among the tested Salmonella strains.
